From Memorial week through Labor Day 2025 weekly rate (Saturday to Saturday) is $2,900.00 plus tax.   Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.  If you request more than 12 guests and we approve, it is $15.00 per guest per day.  The cleaning fee is $120.00.

September through May:  call or email the owner for pricing as we rent during this time for various reasons.   Labor Day the dock on the lake comes out of the water.  Crafting groups for groups of 7 or more is $140.00 per person Thursday through Sunday (this does include taxes and cleaning fees).  For groups under 8 you have access to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  For groups 9 and above, the master bedroom and bathroom will also be available. 

A security/damage deposit of $575.00 is due upon reservation when booking Memorial week through Labor Day.  For crafting groups, the security/damage deposit is $300.00.  This will be returned to you after your stay unless damages are found.   In addition, the deposit is non-refundable, unless cancellation is made before 90 days of your stay or if we can get time re-rented less any expenses to re-rent.  Full payment is due 45 days before your stay.   If the balance is not received within that time frame, the reservation can be canceled and the deposit forfeited.  Reservations needing to be changed more than 45 days before arrival date are eligible to have the deposit applied to a future reservation.  Changes are accepted at the sole discretion of the owners.  Checks should be made payable to Greg Schwitters, 4070 150^th Ave Clara City, MN 56222, and we do not accept credit card payments at this time.

Sales tax is charged at Minnesota/County sales tax of 7.375% or the current tax rate and this will be added to your total bill.
